Get the app

Stridely is for iPhone, iOS 17 or later. During the beta, your host or friend sends you an install link along with their invite. Once Stridely is on the App Store this page will link straight to it.

Steps look behind?

Open the app and pull down on Today after unlocking your iPhone. Check that Stridely has Health access in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices, or Motion & Fitness access in Settings → Privacy & Security. Health updates can take a few minutes to arrive from an Apple Watch.

Joining a circle

Tap the invite link your host shared, or paste the invite code under Circles → Have an invite code? If the circle requires approval, the host will let you in.

Adding a friend

Tap the friend link they sent, or enter their code under Friends → Add. Friends see each other's daily totals, nothing more.

New phone or reinstalled?

Your account has no password. Use the backup code from Settings → Backup code, or Sign in with Apple if you used it originally.

Leave, export or delete

Leave a circle from its menu. Export your data or delete your account from Settings. Deleting removes everything on our side right away. Transfer hosting first if you want a circle you host to continue.

Report a concern

Use Report on any member or circle, or Block to stop seeing someone. Reports go only to us and are reviewed promptly.
